1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected.
  • Refunds are made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or store credit within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or fabric issues, subject to stock availability.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with pictures. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
